Welcome aboard the Hose Monkey! The Hose Monkey is a Searay 450 that is 45' long and 14' wide. She boasts two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen with refrigerator, and for those interested in staying indoors, cold AC. The deck has ample room to move around as well as a sound system out of this world. Lets not forget about the bow of the boat should you want to lay out in the sun. Included is a giant Lilly pad, 7 personal recreation sitting pads, a cooler with ice for your beverages is provided as well as bottled water for your convenience. The Hose Monkey has more than enough accommodations to ensure everyone is having a great day. Located in the Heart of Osage Beach Missouri, we are just around the corner to Red Head Yacht Club, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Margaritaville, Paradise, and the infamous PARTY COVE! We have the boat, we just need you to bring the fun to complete your boating experience.
Hose Monkey Charters offers an array of services starting with either a Full day, or half day boat charter. Want a more laid back romantic atmosphere? Take one of our sunset cruises. Need someone to drive your boat? You are in luck, we also offer Captain services. Hose Monkey Charters is your one stop destination for a fun filled day on the Lake of the Ozarks. A full day charter is from 10am to 5pm. Half days are available, however, half days are up to scheduling availability. Full day Boat charters may run longer for an additional charge at an hourly rate. Let us know what kind of charter you're looking for (Bachelorette party/family reunion/business retreat, etc.) and we will do our best to make it memorable for you! Give us a call and we can make sure we book the best charter for you.
As a family run business, we understand the need for a safe and fun experience at the lake. At your request, we can provide a list of our qualified captains that have been approved to Captain the Hose Monkey. Captains are paid directly by charterer. Hose Monkey Charters only associates with fully licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master Captains who have bounteous experience navigating the lake. Hose Monkey Charters does NOT charge for additional items such as party pad (large floating raft) and other lake accessories. All of the above are included when you allow Hose Monkey Charters to show you a great time on the Lake of the Ozarks!
Captain Mettler is a local fireman with plenty of hours on the Hose Monkey, and a certified 25 TON master Captain. Captain Mettler loves the Lake area and all that it has to offer and loves to share it with everyone. Captain Mettler has Captained many charters for clients since day one and can make sure you are having a great time on the water.
Captain Parker (Bill) has been boating all his life and has extensive experience and knowledge of the Lake of the Ozarks waterway. He is not only a 25 TON master Captain, but he is also a retired fire department Chief Officer from the KC area and still works as a paramedic and firefighter around the Lake region. "Safety and a great time should not be a choice but should go together....".
This is T.D.Perez, the man...the myth....and the legend. T.D. has a 25 TON Master Captain License and has lived on the Lake of the Ozarks his whole life. His many adventures as a young man took him far from home, however, he returned home to become a full time fireman at the age of 32. He served as a fireman from 2008 to 2020. He now works as a local EMT, and Captains full time. He is an interesting guy with some interesting stories.
**Hose Monkey Charters follows all USCG rules and regulations. Hose monkey Charters is able to accommodate up to 12 passengers. Refunds are not given, however rain checks are provided. Refunds are only granted if services are unable to be delivered due to mechanical issues**
